The MIRA is a multi-axis CNC machining center designed specifically for extruded aluminum, aluminum & light alloy bar stock, PVC and vinyl. It can also be used for light steel processing.

Highlights of the MIRA machine include:

High-speed machining; mill, drill, bore and tap work up to 22 feet in length.
Machine 3 sides and both ends of the workpiece in a single setup.
Fully Enclosed for low noise and high operator safety, built to CE standards.

The ANTARES is a very unique "Double Head" cutting machine designed specifically for aluminum extrusions, aluminum & light alloy bar stock and PVC.

Highlights of the ANTARES machine include:

High-speed Double Head Cutting machine ideal for extruded aluminum channels.
Simultaneously cut both ends of work pieces upto 20 feet in length.
Cuts left from –22.5° to 90° , Cuts right from 90° to +22.5°
Fully guarded for safety, built to CE standards.
High-speed 3000 RPM 19.7"(500mm) Blades with a traverse speed of 945 ipm.
Two stage pneumatic work piece clamps, 2 Horz & 2 Vert.

Automatically cuts -22.5°, -45°, 90°,+45°,+22.5°
Fully guarded for safety, built to CE standards.
High-speed 3000 RPM 17.7"(450mm) Blade with a traverse speed of 945 ipm.
Two pneumatic work piece clamps.
