| Sponsorship Advertising
A sponsorship is an advertisement that is positioned in a premium location within the FMSweb.com web site. Sponsorships increase your businesses exposure and can be used to bring traffic to your “Virtual Trade Show Booth” or existing web site. Often referred to as “Banner Ads”, sponsorship ads can be colorful, animated and linked to your existing web site or a “Virtual Trade Show Booth” on FMSweb.com. Concept and graphic design of the “Banner Ad” is provided by FMSweb.com and can be based on your existing logo or promotional materials. There are three basic sizes of Banner Advertisements available and they are priced based on the page within the FMSweb.com web site that they appear on. Banner Advertisement Sizes: Top Banner: 200x60

Ad Design Fees There is no charge to create an Ad from your existing brochure, business card or artwork. Custom graphic design and animated ad design is handled on a “Request For Quote” (RFQ) basis and is quoted at a rate of $50/hour for work done.
Discounts FMSweb™.com offers the following discounts on sponsorship rates to advertisers who commit to advertising terms longer than 3 months, payment must be received in advance to qualify for these discounts:
General Terms & Conditions All insertion orders are accepted subject to provisions of our current rate card. Rates are subject to change upon notice from FMSweb™.com. Contracts may be cancelled by the advertiser at the time the rate change becomes effective without a short rate penalty, provided the contract rate has been earned up to the date of cancellation. A short rate invoice will be sent to those advertisers who, within a 12-month contract period, do not use the amount of space upon which their billings have been calculated. The 12 month contract period starts with the first insertion. FMSweb™.com reserves the right to refuse advertising or other material deemed inappropriate for publishing on the FMSweb™.com web site, including ads for products and services not considered of significant interest to the readership. The advertiser, agency, firm, and individual agree to indemnify FMSweb™.com against and protect from any and all liability for the entire contents of advertisements published (this includes advertisements containing misrepresentations or inaccuracies). While FMSweb™.com makes every effort to assure the accuracy of links, keywords and index lists, FMSweb™.com is not responsible for errors.
